The Ensync Business Solutions group of companies offers each of its services
as a stand-alone solution, but can combine its offerings to include the WAN,
Telephony and IT infrastructure as a fully managed and outsourced solution. Each
division is supported by the same operational and technical resource and
infrastructure. This enables a streamlined business flow with all divisions
working closely together and in some instances on the same customer
base.
The group consists of Ensync Network Solutions, Ensync Voice
Solutions, Ensync IT Solutions and Surf4Life. Each company has its own managing
director and respective shareholding, but is supported by common operational and
technical resources and infrastructure. This enables a streamlined business
flow, with all divisions working very closely together and in some instances, on
the same customer base.
Having a bird’s eye view of an enterprise‘s
entire LAN, WAN and voice requirements, enables the group to ensure that a
client follows a unified strategic approach. This means aligning high-level
strategic requirements with scalable Information and Communication Technology
(ICT) solutions on a single converged network. Coupled with a national-support
infrastructure, this enables the customer to have a complete hands off
approach.
The group’s key competency lies in its network design and
ability to provide effect support. Each network design consists of
individual building blocks allowing for exact customization to each customer’s
objectives. By using best-of-breed technology and implementing best-practice
standardised models, networks become inherently more stable and network support
is simplified. Each network offers a scalable path for future growth and is
measured on Service Level Agreement (SLA) criteria.
