The Ensync Business Solutions Network Operation Centre (NOC)


The Ensync Business Solutions Group runs a single Network Operation Centre (NOC) to support roll-out requirements of all companies within the group. The NOC is structured to provide customers with quick, real-time support.

Imperative to the success and management of the NOC is the call centre application called NOCMAN, which is Ensync’s custom designed call logging system. This system logs and manages all calls through to resolution. Information that is captured in the application is also used for Service Level Agreements as well as escalation procedures. The design of NOCMAN enables internal-performance monitoring, ensuring customer-service levels are maintained at the highest standard.

The Ensync NOC values are based on the group’s values in being customer and service-focused, ethical and respectful, aiming to ensure things are completed correctly the first time.
