Ensync IT Solutions aims to fulfill an enterprise’s IT strategic solution design and outsource requirements with the main focus on the local area network (LAN) environment and provides fully-managed solutions governed by Service Level Agreements. In a fully outsourced model, Ensync is responsible for all elements of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) framework from the strategic role of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) to the on-site support.

 

In the co-source model, the customer retains the CIO role and only outsources the support function, leveraging the skills, expertise and management of Ensync IT Solutions. Both models pave the way for a reduction in IT costs and an increase in service levels.
